What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone or messaging handle, event type, the date or dates of your event, the package you are interested in, and any message you write.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry: to check availability, prepare a quote, and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it.
Where it goes
Pressing send delivers your enquiry to our email inbox. It travels through Resend, an email service that handles it under its own privacy policy, and this website keeps no copy of its own. If delivery fails we tell you so, and nothing is sent anywhere else. Anything you type and do not send never leaves your browser.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email inbox until your event is settled, or twelve months from your enquiry if you do not book. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will. Anything you type and do not send is kept only in your own browser for the length of your visit.
Measurement
We measure how quickly pages load, using figures like how long the main content takes to appear. This uses no cookies, assigns you no identifier, and does not track you across sites or record anything you do on the page.

Email us at the address below and we will remove your enquiry from our records.
